I put in new, fresh brake fluid every time I replace pads, but $80 seems AWFULLY high. Should be priced around $40. The Fuel system service can help, but, but generally on higher mileage vehicles that have not had good maintenence. Try a can of Seafoam or other good quality injector cleaner. It's nearly as effective as a fuel system cleaning.
