Headlight Adjustment...

One of my headlights is aimed too high. Where is the adjustment screw, and how do I access it? Guessing it's in the fender well?

It's a 6 mm Allen wrench, just an adjustment for up and down, look for the holes on the inner fender behind the rad cradle
