Heating and air conditioner

My a/c blows hot air. What can I do to get that fixed. What could be wrong with my a/c???

Well it sounds like your A/C "dumped its charge", or in other words, the refridgerant charge is low preventing the compressor from engaging.

Your best bet would be to find an auto air conditioning shop and have it checked. They'll be able to accurately diagnose the problem.

Stay away from those "A/C Repair In A Can" products you see advertised on TV. They can do more harm than good and make a small repair bill into a big one.

The other thing is the engine coolant temp and level. If your check engine light is on, get it read; Probably need a new thermostat.

Give the search box a try, there is an overwhelming amount of info about "no a/c".

It could be several things, blown fuse, blown relay(s), bad compressor, low refrigerant, leak in compressor, condenser, or a line somewhere, or a blockage in the system. Unless you have the equipment and some experience in troubleshooting this you are best off taking to someone qualified that has the right equipment to diagnose it.
