It looks like there are 2 part numbers for your SS. Both discontinued.

Unfortunately, the context is lost. What is the question?
If you want to display KPH instead of MPH you can change that in the personalization menu of the DIC.
If you want a native KPH speedometer, you would need to get one from a junkyard in Canada or Maxico. They go higher.
The odometer readings are stored in the BCM and a new instrument cluster must be installed with a computer like a Tech2 or SnapOn.
