Dang - I just changed mine last Friday. Now I have to do another one!!!

Oh, it's synthetic - nevermind - didn't have good luck with synthetic a while back. Phew - I can forget about changing the oil till the next oil change question, which will probably come up within two weeks.

I did my very first oil change on our 07 2lt.....It was down to 40 percent on the dic, and was over the 5000 km length of a regular interval. What i noticed was the old oil that came out was still brown, not black like every other vehicle I have ever owned....Maybe that means that this engine is kinder to the oil.....at any rate....I would not go too long because cleaner oil means longer engine life...so why push it?
I used to use those lube places but they are now almost 50 bucks.....way up from the 25 bucks they used to be.....I do it myself always now....
