Po301 misfire comes and goes

If you changed the plugs you had to remove the coils. If you have a 2006 the SINGLE coil is a lot more than $50.

My 07 2.4 doing the same thing, showed up about the same time colder weather did. It gets a little jerky for a second just about the same time one would expect the thermostat opening, once in a while. 301 code popped on last time it did that.
Im going to run a can of bg44k in the tank and see if that helps.
