You weren't "being bad" whopper, but maybe just a quick link to one of the numerous "oil" threads here may have been more helpful to the new guy, that was my point.

I know that the infamous "Oil type, change interval, filter type, etc." has been done to death here over the years, when it comes up like it always does, I get the same "Aw crap! Here we go again" feeling.
