For the studs and bolts on the header flange I suggest you go the GM route. You will need a stud tool to get them in and out. The cost will make you wonder why you didn't take more care.
The exhaust pipe bolts and nuts don't matter much, as long as they fit. However GM sells the right ones for reasonable price.
