temp spare question
A family member has a late model HHR with the pump, and fix-a-flat.
Will the temp spare, and the jack from an earlier model all fit in the well space in place of the pump?
It looks as if there is enough room, has anyone did this?
Thanks..Bill

Yup it'll just plop right in, my 2011 was ordered with a spare, but it came in with the can of goop and chintzy compressor. So the dealer just "borrowed" the spare, jack, and lug wrench from a unit on the lot.

I keep 2 cans of fix-a-flat and an air compressor and a Jump start from Harbor Freight that I have used as the power supply for the compressor have used it 2 times but mostly on other peoples cars, wont leave home without them.

HHR's use a T125/70/D15 temporary spare on a five lug rim with a 5x110mm bolt pattern, so you need to look for a spare out of a Chevy Cobalt/Pontiac G-5/Saturn Ion with five lug rims.
The jack from one of those models should work, but I've never compared them to the jack out of an HHR.
