Does anyone know what the pan bolt torque specs are?

The service manual says 106 in lbs for the pan to case bolts....yes that's in not ft which translates to just a shade under 9 ft lbs.

Which is barely hand tight using a 1/4 inch drive. Do not snug them down, you will bend the sheet metal and cause a leak, done that!

hAd mine done at 75,000 AND 150,000
trany shop charged $70 for filter and fluid took about 30 min.

I've always used a 1/4" drive spinner handle rather than a ratchet to tighten trans pans. I twist until the bolt contacts the pan and then about 1/4 turn more. Something like this one:
