Alright everyone, it is time for the final push, I need you all to start contacting HHR owners, it would be incredible to make the Saturday cruise huge !!! It is incredible to watch the reaction of people when they stop what they are doing to watch a long line of HHRs roll by...I think that the cruise is almost as fun as hanging out with everyone !!!

Update...Oldschool called and he has landed a trophy sponsor and Stevflo's new business is taking another, so there are only a couple of classes and a few specials left. I have been working on lettering the Sponsor boards and we will be decorating the game boards this week. Everyone had better start studying their Chevy history and automotive trivia for the trivia games...bring your fastest 1/64th rides for the hot wheel drags, the creepers are tuned and ready, I took a few weeks off of the tournament trail to be rested for the mini-golf tourney...Tiger needed a chance to win his 13th major anyway...hahaha Dale Jr. and I have discussed strategy to deal with the challenge of Toms at the go-cart track and father57 informs me that Nson is planning on being a ringer because we are all so old (I have a few rolls of duct tape to equalize his age and fitness advantage...these young ones forget that with age comes treachery !!!) So for those of you not coming, are you sure that you really want to miss all of the fun that we are going to have ??? The days are counting down, but there is still time...if three days are too much come up for Saturday, do the games, the Show and Shine and the second cruise, which is plenty for a memorable day and above all else you will make some great friends...See ya all soon...

Nine days and a wake up for the Thursday rollers !!! The trophies look sweet, I checked them all and they are perfect !!! Class reviews, Stock Class, Mild Custom Class, Full Custom Class, Radical Custom Class and Dealer Custom Class, we also have the following specialty trophies, Long Distance (Mid-American HHR Members), Long Distance (other attendees) Best Engine compartment, Best Display, Peoples Choice nad Best of Show...If you have questions about the classes or the judging just contact me. Our sponsors havae been incredibly generous and with over a week to go I am sure that there is more to come...Our vendor (HHR Boutique) is solid and bringing great stuff, the games are looking good, it is almost time !!! I can't wait to hang with everyone again...Just think a year ago yesterday we did the first run, kinda' cool huh?...
Sorry I've been absent for a long time but work is killer! 12 hour days 6 days a week take up all my time lately. Unfortunately I wont be able to attend. I cant get the time off, but I hope you all have a great time

Chris there you are!!!, man I completely understand about the time crunch between the job and organizing the event and getting my youngest lined up for college...Phew, luckily the Army screwed up my sleep patterns so badly while I was in the Infantry, that sleep isn't an issue...hahaha...I am telling everyone with a time issue to at least consider Saturday which is the busiest day of the run for HHR stuff (the games, the show and shine, the big cruise) if not keep in touch as there will definitely be more going on !!! Good to hear from you again...Pat

Donbb, yeah I am getting pretty amped now too, things are coming together really quickly and we are going to have a great time !!! Loking forward to finally meeting all of the new folks and hanging with my great old friends...I think that we are going to do justice to Z-Man's wish to be able to hang out together with great friends...everything else is just icing on his wish !!!
