Toms will have to be watched, don't let him to close to your carts before the race and he might even stoop to sabotage on the Hot Wheels...the fiend!!! hahaha.

 

Well it is almost time to pack !!! the weather sounds like we might see a bit of rain early and cooler temps. There is a WalMart close so if you forget anything you are still covered...Man it is almost here !!! Bill nad Linda from HHR Boutique are already somewhere in Kentucky and headed north, things are coming together and it looks like we got a run...

This has got to be one of the slowest weeks EVER! We can't wait to get up there and settle in!

 

My boss just stopped by wished us good luck for the run and told me to feel free to take off tomorrow as soon as I thought I had everything under control !!! I had scheduled Thursday and Friday, but he said that he figured I could use the extra time to get ready...I am so ready to get up there and hang with everyone !!! See you all very soon...

Dude, my deer is a special forces deer, sneaky, deadly...he's camo'ed...likes grenades and has been to sniper school...he does complain about trying to camo the rack though...hahaha

 

A little over 7 hours till road time. Guess I better try to get some sleep

 

it is pretty quiet here, call it the calm before the storm, as I am sure that folks will be posting during the run...I am about 7 hours 'til take off, I just finished loading the stuff, filled the HHR and a Cavalier...50 goodie bags, 36 door prize bags and more to make when I get to the Dells, sponsor boards, the Bean Bag Game, the Hot Wheels track, the creepers and plungers for the creeper races, the trophies...everything loaded. I still have to toss in the last bag of morning essential stuff and the tools for the demonstration modification...I haven't mentioned this, but there will be a couple of modifications being performed at the Dells, sounds like a photo op!!!
The weather has been hammering the Wisconsin area, but it is forecast to dry up by the Show and Shine Saturday, everyone just be aware of the possibility of standing water etc. due to the amount of rain the area has received. Don't let the chance of rain scare you, we are going to have a blast rain or shine...See all of you soon !!!
