I don't know about the rest of the Peoria area guys, but I won't be going via Peru as that would add about 1 hour of extra driving when we could just jump on I-74 and be there in less than 2 hours. I was just in Davenport last weekend and it only took 1 3/4 hours to get there, but if I go up to Peru and over it would add 50-60 miles. I may go up on Friday night, but I won't know for sure for a while yet.
If you come in on Friday night, let me know and we could get together! And you're correct, it's only about 1-1/2 hours for us to get to Peoria via I-74.
It's 2 hours for us to get to our daughter's house in Plainfield via I-80 and about 2-1/2 hours to get to our other daughter's house in Bolingbrook via I-80. 3-1/2 hours to our son in Edwardsville, IL. And from the QC it's 3 hours to Des Moines. To Galena it's about 1-1/2 hr. We are pretty central here (well, I guess that really would depend on where you are coming from!)
Anyway, let me know if you'll be here on Friday the 20th~we'll meet then!

I will be coming by myself, as my wife is leaving on bus trip early on Sunday morning with her siblings, so we haven't worked out the logistics of it all yet. If I come up on Friday I will probably bring the motorhome and tow the car and stay at one of the Scott County parks. I usually stay either at the one on the West Side or the one up north (can't remember their names) but that is possible or I may just drive up on Saturday. Still working it out so I'll let you know as soon as I decide.

Hello All,
I am a new HHR owner as of March 29, 2007 and looking to get involved with clubs and cruises. I am trying to schedule this g2g into my agenda. Robin - are there any other enthusiasts coming from the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area?

Stevflo, get in touch and we can discuss your plans for QC ,I might tag with you according to what those plans are...in fact I think that we are still talking about quite a few of us coming out of the Peoria area... As for the new owner from Cedar Rapids, Iowa1960 said he was coming and they could hook up with him and drive over.
