Just a quick note, last time I was at Navy Pier parking was $18.00,and pretty much the same thing for McCormack Place. One alternative is to take the shuttle bus from one place to the other and leave your vehicle parked.

I don`t know, may sound strange, but why not find a place before Mc Cormick Place to meet up and cruise-in and park together?
Why have people meeting at Mcdonalds inside, and Rides scattered all over creation...?
With the price of parking, Mcdonalds would probably be a better choice to eat afterwards, the Navy Pier thing is gonna by a mess. (+) parking fee again.
If there`s no real attraction to the Billy Goat, why fight, go to the show, jump on the road home...and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
I even thought meeting you "out of towners" on the I-80, would be a nice cruise into Chicago, and other people on the south end could join in, Would probably get around (10) rides...Sat. traffics not too bad, mid day.
Just a thought, not on planning commitee B/B

B/B I might have a problem getting to I-80 due to the Batteries might not last on the 3 wheeler. So I might have to pass this time, I will try and make Navy Pier if I can get the Z girl to drive me. I don't think I will ba able to handle the WOW after surgery. I will keep Nova & Scaleguy informed, The cruise in to Chicago sounds cool.

So, do you out-of-towners want to meet up some place for a cruise-in or the meet at Mickey-D`s is fine ?
There`s bound to be a forest preserve somewhere right outside greater Chi. where a bunch of "RIDES" can hook up, and cruise down the Stevenson to Mc Cormick Place...
Only a couple weeks left , not even...

No wonder..

I`d been watching this thread, to see if the people from out-of-town wanted to hook up and cruise-in to the W.O.W.s, and then I discovered that I was not on the right site. (it would appear)
That was a "Mid-American HHR Winter-Run" notification !
My apologies...

I wouldnt mind meeting up with you out-of-town guys and then head into the city. After all, it will be nice to see some new faces after a 16-hour drive! I will probably hang with all of you guys until we split, and then crash at the hotel.
