On the news this morning the map showed that Flint is supposed to get around 16", and Saginaw is supposed to get 12". Well, I'm right in the middle, so if it stays on track I'm figuring about 14" or so. That's an average. Could be higher! Could be lower. I'm hoping it's higher. Like I said, we need one good storm. I just feel bad for all the people that have to work in it...

We just bought another sled for the kids, and I'm clearing my schedule for Wednesday so I can just take a vacation day instead of working from home

On the other hand, this is MI. How often do the forecasters ever get it right?

Just got back from Krogers. Had to pick up a bag of chips and dip. It always amazes at how people react to winter weather. They think they have to stock up on everything under the sun like they won't be able to get out for a month or so.

LOL, it was like that today at Meijers. People were wall to wall and rude. I stood in the checkout line for almost 20 minutes. Well we are suppose to have 5" by 7 am here tomorrow, then the "big" part of the storm comes in tuesday evening and they are saying around 10" by noon on wedsday. From what the weather man said the ice and freezing rain will be south of Findlay, so yaaah for us,lol. I can handle snow, but absolutely despise the ice and freezing rain crap! From the sounds of it, some of the heavier snow will be north of us into southern/south-eastern Mi. They said Detroit could see 16" of snow.

The flatulence aroma must be killer in the house.
