With 300 hp, thats 2.5hp per cubic inch. One tail pipe for each cylinder.

you can find the borla a bit cheaper than that if u want to go borla..same with the magnaflow, i looked around and got my magnaflow for 460 here in Canada surprisingly..just look around before you buy from ebay just to make sure

 

And could anyone please answer this one for me:

WILL A CAT-BACK SYSTEM AND HEADERS THROW CODES ON MY 2.4L?

In other words, will i need a software patch for a Magnaflow exhaust system and JBP headers, or is that stuff all simple bolt on?

Or are there any other disadvantages of such a system over the stock exhaust?

I wouldn't want to spend that much money on aftermarket parts, only to create more technical problems in the process.
