$5 running board orange lights

Installation was easy. Yes I did drill some small holes for the wires. I used waterproof butt connectors to reconnect them. Came out pretty good. Will have to wait a few hours for night pics.

I plan to tie them into the parking lights up front so they go on with them as well as the turn signal. Is there an easy way to do this? I have never looked at the parking wires before. If its just 2 wires, should be an easy tap? Would you use a relay on them since they don't really draw much power at all? I'm thinking even if it draws too much it will just pop a fuse, right?

I would first consult the local laws about non standard lightning before wiring them in line with the park lights.
Other than that, they should look pretty cool.

A few extra lights does hurt, a lot of extra lights maybe.

Standard 3 wire for front parking lights. One gives me blinker only, the other gives me parking light only. I guess I choose parking/running light. Although used as a turn signal might actually help a LOT on the freeway.

Anyone know if I can use a resistor? Or 2 relays? Or any way to get a blinker to the same functionality instead of just one wire or the other?

Vaguely remember something about a diode being used to only allow one way voltage transfer. This might work to the lights if you tap both the constant and the blinker wires on the parking light
