Anyone know if the computer cuts voltage to the running/parking light when the blinker goes on?

I guess I can hook up the power probe to the parking light and see if it cuts voltage when the blinker goes on? This would mean I could hook both wires up to the running board lights with diodes I think

 

On a 2010, no the parking lights and marker lights , parking lights , don’t flash

 

I mean the ones in the headlights. They are 2 way.

 

The ones in the headlights are connected to the side marker lights, the dimmer filaments are constantly on the brighter filaments are flashers
