Not sure if you have a hatch handle design locked in or not Ben, but something popped into my head today while waiting on my flight to DC. How about a circa 1950 Buick Special trunk handle/emblem, it could be illuminated, your thoughts?

I actually thought about using one like that on my project, but I decided to go more of a old-school meets modern and used the chrome off the back of a 2012 regal. I think it will tie in well with the changes I will be making to the rear of the vehicle.
