I just noticed that wording on the low beam relay is right side up compared to the wording on the high beam relay that is upside down. Could that have something to do with this?

 

Never had an issue with my DDM hi/low kit. Gran ted on the 06 the DRL is the parking lights. You might need to also run the relay wiring kit. I didn't on my headlights, but did on the fogs. Both always fire as they should. I would make sure your wiring is hooked up correctly. One bad or weak connection is all it takes.
