What the SEARCH box does is a Google search of "search term:site:chevyhhr.net", the colons may be the wrong delimiters but basically.
I have heard that before, you are not the only one to miss the tabs. When my mouse was double clicking on its own I was getting that.

Painting the barbed plugs would be to fill the holes in the painted area. As for were the chrome bumper parts and where they fit or what they cover, depends on the manufacturer and the person applying them
