I bought a lighted emblem on eBay for a Chevy Cruze. It comes in various colors. It is flat so I used a heat gun to make it bendable to the correct V shape. About 3 tries with the heat gun for about 30 seconds at a time. Some gorilla 2way tape. And some silicone to make sure it is waterproof. I tapped into the driver’s side parking light. It only cost about 20 dollars so if the heat ruined it I would only be out 20 bucks. It works great and survived a car wash today. Lights off Lights on
If that is actually blue it is absolutely not legal. My bet is the first police car that sees it stops it. Blue lights are reserved for police, might even qualify as impersonating a police officer.

But, it does look nice!
you have so many strange laws ...
However, formally in Russia this is also not entirely legal. But not because blue lighting looks like the police, it's just that traffic rules do not welcome interference in the design of a car without registering changes.
Fortunately, the Act of some of our laws is compensated by the general sabotage. The police will turn a blind eye to the wrong light bulb.
I think if all US laws were suddenly introduced here, half of Russia would receive a life sentence, and the other half would guard the first.
Yes I know the laws about lighting. I owned a Police car installation business for 24 year equipping about 1300 cars per year. This light has a lot of white in it with a hint of blue, not a totally blue police light. If I get stopped for this I will replace it with a white one.
