GREAT mod, installed mine yesterday after my visit to Lowes. Took it to the Chevrolet dealer and showed a couple of body shop buddies of mine and they were impressed .............Thanks again!

you have to take some tin snips or dykes and cut the mesh around the bolt. then you can push the mesh all the way down so the washer and nut will tighten all the way.

you can cut the sides of the mesh where the bends are to aid the mesh going down over the sides and bottom of the opening so it fits tighter. also make sure the top lines up w the edge so u have more at the bottom to bend around.

I still have a couple of grill pieces available, if someone local wants them, free... but i'm not goin thru the trouble to ship, since you can get them at Lowes, etc.... GREAT MOD for all newcomers to do first.... ( PS, mods... I know CJ is banned, but his HOW To: isn't as effective with out his pics... and this is an important mod)
