No work at all...

Pop the hood and there is enough space in front of the radiator to easily visually see and get both hands in there to get to the lower grill area with no problem at all.

I've done this mod to both my HHR and my fiance's HHR and only took a couple minutes.

Just open the hood, the gap in front of the AC condenser is plenty big enough to get through. An easy mod.

I trimmed out the edge of the hole with door edge guard gives more of a finished look with the gutter guard.

I would like to do this mod but the links on the first post no longer work and I tried searching both lowes and hd and cannot seem to find anything. I have not actually looked in the stores yet just online. any ideas on the web links?
