Yes it is a Carriage Works Grill. I got it from Cruchfield who had it dropped shipped from Carriage Works last year, May 2006. I did add the CHEVROLET
tho. But it was last yrs model. Had to cut my original grill, the only original part is across the top.

Has anyone had any luck with painting that dark charcoal colored vinyl insert on the front bumper to match their body color, so the bumper looks "whole" ?

I kind of wish Chevy would of just painted the entire bumper and left the dark insert off.

Even with matching paint, I'd be afraid to try it myself, I know I'd bungle it. I would need a pro to do it.

Here is a pick of the brackets that hold in the lower grill.... the one on the right is solidly in there even though it looks like it is off a bit..

Thats all the drilling there is..2 small holes...that grill will be in there until I get another car so no worries about putting a hole in there

Not yet, but when I finish paint matching everything else and add the lower grille I will paint match it. Can't be hard to do, just have to keep off the already painted bumper.
