If you you are talking about the reverse light, no.
I used 3/4" LED truck side marker lights. they have a rubber grommet and are totally sealed units

Thanks Brian for the reply..
I looked into adding another set of top lights in rev holes, but would need to dremmel out the body hole to fit them..

I tried to mount a running light in place of the back lights today. You would think that Chevy would use the same mounting setup for all the lights. To make the installation, the reverse light opening will need to be enlarged (dremmel tool) and the mounting bucket on the inside changed. Don't know if the upper buckets will fit or not. Plan B?
As my name indicates, its never easy.

Just finished replacing the left backup light with a top left tail light. It takes more that a dremel tool to install it. I ended up using my jig saw. I have left the opening small enough to replace the backup light. Its a scary deal to start cutting metal for me. I had to order the inside bracket from Chevy. I only ordered one so I will have time to decide if I want to do the right one while I wait on the right.

what did you cut? if you use the bucket off of your lower (reverse) lights
and epoxy a lens from the uppers you don't have to cut any sheet metal.
you also need to flip the lens to conform to the shape of the body.
or if you are using all uppers... I believe the upper left needs to be used for the lower right and vise versa
I just bought a set of stock tail lights from a member here the switched them out to LED's
