Working on this one at the moment. About 17"X29".
Weeding and leaving the little tiny details I cut is Tedious. My eyes ain't what they used to be!
"Weeding Vinyl" is pulling off everything that you don't want after the plotter cuts it all out. The B*tch is while weeding you drop or let a piece you pulled touch what you want left in place, it grabs to itself Quickly and your sometimes left recutting the piece and starting the weeding all over again. Real B*tch when your almost done.
Sometimes you can recut just the section that got messed up and place it in it's place.
I may stick this Eye on my Panels rear window, not sure yet.

Also working up something for my buddies Auto Repair Shop.
This may go on his Office window, I worked up 3 different designs for him to choose from, then we can work out any changes he wants, if he likes any of them.
I'll be doing his front glass entry door, large office window, 2 steel doors at the rear of the building and 3 large overhead shop doors. A couple of Banners, and he'd like a Sign made and mounted on the side of his building facing the street.
This is the guy thats offered me up his shop space to work on Morticia when the Supercharger and all the rest goes on.
The gray background is just there for now to represent the glass, mainly so I can see wtf i'm woring on, the little squared triangles are just "registration marks" to line up one color cut over another they get removed once all colors are layed together.
Simple 3 color, White, Red, and Black.
He's out of town for the long weekend so I will tweak my 3 offerings and see him on Tuesday, may be cutting everything out that afternoon.

I had the Vector Graphic and decided to try cutting it about rear window sized and see how it "weeded" out. Any smaller and i'd have to delete some of those tiny dotted details out of the graphic.
I may stick it on for Halloween and then toss it. Can't reuse them.
Even at this size I lost some details, but I was just messing around so it didn't matter much to me.
I have my rear window currently Tinted with Skulls window tint, but can really only see it from the Inside looking Out, because the Factory Tint is alread dark.
The eyeball installed on the outside in the Purple would be seen but not as much as if done in White on tinted glass, But still noticable during the day time.

I don't think I could sell enough vinyl decals to justify paying someone to allow me to help advertise their web forum.
If it was allowed, i'd offer Decals, and Include a pair of "Chevy HHR.net " Decals with any order.
But selling what a dozen decals a year maybe after the Newness the first year wore off to those that wanted something isn't worth having to Pay to do so.
This is just a Hobby I mess around with.
My buddy offered me up the use of his auto repair shop, his expertise as a mechanic, any specialty tools in his tool boxes for as long as is needed to do my Panels Supercharger, cammed cylinder head swap, exhaust system, at No charge whatsoever.
So he recently had his front entrance door glass changed so he would have a mail/key drop off slot in it. He mentioned it and I offered to do up his New graphics for him.
He wanted to Pay me, but I refused and said its a good exchange for him allowing me the use of his Shop, his Time and his experience.
Until this came up I was kinda hesitant to take him up on his offer, but this is a Good Trade off, we each end up with what we want.
The Full Image back or any glass you see done is done with Perforated Vinyl, and is Printed with a large wide format Printer. They are in the $20,000.00 range, so No I don't do those as a Hobby.
Any local Sign Shop should be able to do one for you.
Again, I am NOT selling any Decals here, I just was cutting some other stuff already here and offered a couple for Free to the OP here. Thats all.
I don't want to get Banned from a Mod, or site owner, for selling or even offering up decals, not worth it, I enjoy being here talkin HHR's.
Sorry Guys/Gals but those are the Rules here.
Heck if I was Allowed, and offered free Premium Membership, i'd make White "ChevyHHR.net" decals for anyone that wanted them Free of charge by just sending me a S.A.S.E. to cover the shipping.
I don't sell on ebay either, just a Hobby I enjoy messing around with for now.
