just wondering is it just one big bolt underneath arm?

Its pretty simple Jeff, just pry up the nut cover at the end of the wiper arm and use a 15mm socket to remove the nut. If the wiper arms don't pull off you might have to use a battery terminal puller, but they usually pop off fairly easily. Here's a diagram that I dug up showing the procedure.
