SEMA front bumper - lower grille

I am wondering if anyone has created a look similar to the lower front grille on the 2006 Sema models. I really like the look, but am not sure how to accomplish it. I would like to make a piece that I could mount, rather than having to do a complete bumper overhaul. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Here is the look that I am trying to accomplish...

Isn't that stock with a nice polished billet strip across the lights and opening? Should be able to accomplish that without too much fabrication.

The bumper pads were shaved off, Ive seen that done on another thread here....easy enough to do. The chrome strip is just that, a chrome strip....go to Lowes or TSC and get a piece and stick it on.
Personally I think the strip looks poopy.

There's a blue SEMA car that has an actual bar crafted for that lower piece.... probably billet, there's a closeup photo of the fog lap area somewhere on the internez. I saw the photo in one of these videos people have put together, not sure where the still shot may be. That red car may have the same piece, maybe not. I don't know if they came from the same shop.

And yeah, bumperettes have been shaved or a new glass bumper cover done.
