Might get away with an ordinary hardware store “Molly bolt.” This variant might be even better.

Should work, but I’m just a little concerned about them rusting .

Year, I thought of that, agree it could be an issue. Pretty sure they’re zinc plated. If you goop it up really well with urethane adhesive/sealant, it should be ok. You might want to glue it to the spoiler first anyway, to make sure it doesn’t spin at installation. For that I might use epoxy.

But, hey! Look at this! Stainless!

The SS spoiler has so much contact surface that you’d be fine with no fasteners at all, just 3M tape. At least I hope so because I cut the studs off one to put on my LS the lazy way.

I have used them on my equipment at the ranch over the years and never had a problem with rust, mostly used on tractors with plastic fenders. I get mine at the local ACE Hardware store.

Can I simply put 3 in or do they need to be inserted from the inside?

What about magnets or double sided tape?

There's several types of wall anchors that have a flanged face that expand when you tighten them I would slather them with JB weld and oil the screw so it doesn't get stuck.
