Paint I have a friend that works for PPG and got some super adhesion promoter that GM uses on there plastic and vinyl. Done it before works great also some flex agent in the clear with some mat agent in it

The PPG store sells adhesion promotor called "Bulldog", You must wear a resperator because that stuff is rancid!! I painted the whole interior of my 97' Firebird, and that stuff makes paint stick to anything!!
