You've got to be kidding!!!!The interior handle breaking seems to be a common problem. but don't worry Chevy Corp sees you coming. You have to but the complete panel for over $300. Plain highway robbery, they ought to be ashamed. But don't give in to chevy's greed. You can find a EOM replacement part for about $80 in several places on the web. Has anyone been able to get any satisfaction from chevy?

Your best bet is to check your local auto parts store for the Dorman repair kit, the PN for the left side is 80369, the right side takes 80370.

Also, don't use the handle to close the door, that seems to be where the problem arises, my wife has broken 1 already by using it to pull the door shut on our 2006 LS.

 

There are 28 interior door handle listings on ebay right now and more then a few are under the $80 mark.
