OK guys and gals. I am just putting out there one last time that I am trying to put togeather a meet and camping weekend in Lake George NY. I was hoping for a better reception to the idea. Let me know if maybe the camping is a bad idea or would every one rather do a sat meet and BBQ .

 

I like the idea but my older daughters birthday is the 17th.

 

tell her she will have another birthday next year and you will be there for that one j/k it doesnt have to be that weekend.I was also thinking for an alternate weekend July 14-16 since the date is nearing . HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER...... The camp ground I was thinking of is usually not AS busy that weekend. If no one else is interested in that weekend the alternate 14th-16th will be the target date.

 

HOW FAR FROM NIAGRA FALLS IS LAKE GEORGE? I'M ABOUT 1.5 HRS FROM THERE.

 

Captain can you help us out on his question about how long it would take to get to Lake George. Lake George is about an hour north on i-87 exit 21. If i am correct on this it would be maybe 5-6 hours.

 

That seems about right. I live about 4 hours from Lake George and about an hour and a half from Niagra Falls so 5-6 hours is a pretty good guess.
