Where there any rules or regulations you had to follow? Did you have to sign a waiver? Speed Limit?

You did have to sign a waiver.

As for rules, you couldn't pass unless they dropped down to let you by. Other than that none. It would have been tough for anyone without some track experience to go much faster than the pace car was going. The bank is so steep and the straight were so short.

Except for the vettes that I saw, and the one race car, I don't think any of the vehicles that were there could have done much more without it getting dangerous.

There were a couple of times that it looked like the pace care slowed down because of someone drivng a little too aggressively.

Even with a waiver that still gotta try and keep people from killing themselves!!

Probably was though, I was close enough to clearly read "Sullivan County" in 1/2 inch lettering at the bottom of the Pace Car's license plate!

I was there that morning. I also noticed the pace car slowed down when some drivers got too agressive. I noticed the flagman also yellow flagged some cars to make them slow down. Maybe next year we can get enough there to have an "HHR ONLY" run. It was a blast.

That would be sweet. They would definately go along. I talk with one of the organizer and was told they could do that for groups of up to 12 at a time!
