That stuff wasen't my style either. The owner likes it and thats all that really matters.

I posted it for the "what if I did this.... how might it look?" factor.

Just took another look...

HHR doesn't have Assist Steps. Wonder if he/she did this to prevent sandblasting to the rear fender and decided to balance the look by also doing the front.

I'd probably take another "route"....but if it makes the owner happy.

it would look better if the HHR was black, with the Carbon Fiber... just my 2cents tho

If you notice the cover is only on the outside portion, not the forward portion on the fender. That's the part that gets damaged.
