might be gold! (87 s10 blazer)

okay so first off im going to make a second thread soon, cuz well a little news about my hhr first, someone KICKED!!!! dents in to it, and all other such
i filed a police report, found the names, where they lived, and all that other such that was all over this weekend

but yeah back to the main point

my friend has had this 87 s10 blazer just sitting in his back yard for the past 2 years , he tried selling it to me back when i first needed a car, but i said no cuz i didnt feel like fixing most of the stuff,
his price for this piece of work is 300 bucks!!!

i only got one picture from my phone but here it is

also , there is no body rust, just a little on the surface of the frame
and no body damage what so ever,
it needs a fuel pump, new fluids, alternator, battery, and i think thats about it
oh and to find a title for it, which i hear will be hard sorta
anyone got a little info on how to get a title for a car this old?

Sonofabi+chincowardlybastards!
Where the hell did that happen?
At least you got their names and where they live for future reference

Dunno about finding a title in Tejas.
Blazers can be good though.
You going to build it for 4-wheeling?
Looks like a good start.
Since it needs most everything you could swap in a V8 and build the suspension and...

Well it was a party lol, let's keep it at that for now

Oh but this blazer would be something I can learn to fix
But over all it will keep the motor it has in it, 2.5 something something 4 banger I believe
5 speed also.

This would be as low as possible off springs for awhile, then when ever I have a better job,
It'll be bagged!

But really I just want it to have something a little more my style to drive on the weekends
You know, something that can look like a rat rod sort of look
That's my style.... and that's a style that I sorta don't wanna do for the hhr lol

Last time use said rangers were cheap & S-10 were high priced..

Can't keep up.. Title ? google it..

It's easier for antiques. But need proper paperwork.

Lol yes I do want a ranger , but this I must have! For 300 bucks atleast
But if getting a title is going to take for ever, then its not worth it, unless I wanted it for parts to put on another 87 blazer.

Do a title search, somebody "owns" that truck and it may not be the seller. I'm not calling your friend a thief, sometimes these things get sold and resold without a title so many times it's hard to track down. But, at least in most states, that vin should produce a title.
