Indiana is 35% for front side windows. and a 4 in. strip allowed on the windshield. Oh how I miss this. Now the sun kills my eyes and that with wearing sunglasses.

Jersey sucks. Quote off of website:

Windshield - No tint is allowed on the windshield.
Front Side - Windows No tint can be applied legally to this window.
Back Side - Windows Any darkness can be used.
Rear Window - Any darkness can be used.

I love the Look BUT
Please let us know how clear can you see thru the Windows when your looking at your side Mirrors at Night. (Safety Issue)

You can see just fine. The law is for the safety of an approaching officer!!!

My brother had his windows tinted on his Pick Up, but he lost 50% of his Visablity when he Looked out his side mirrors.

(Thats the Safety Issue that I am talking about)

I had my side windows tinted at 35% and seeing my side mirrors at night was not a problem. I have had every vehicle I've owned like this until I moved back to Michigan. It would be no different then seeing headlights through your rearview mirror and the rear window is tinted darker than 35%.

Okay the % must of been much darker on his truck then yours.
