I fell in love with the Colorado/Canyon/Isuzu i290 and was ultra close to buying one in 2008, but the gas crunch squashed all plans. I still like them and this pair tops most. You only live once, so enjoy.

As for me, I ended up looking for a gas miser once gas was $4/gal and ended up with an HHR SS, so although I never got my Colorado, I'm not crying in my soup either...

 

I'm going to take that as a positive We'll probably be coming back for extended stays during the summer months. Don't like those summers down there though they are predictable- rain and 95 degrees every day.
