Was wondering how the finish of the pipes holds up, considering they are mounted below the steps, and many people seem to get the steps installed to protect the paint. Seems like the pipes would now get sandblasted.

Wow. I'm not a big fan of the pipes, but this is the first ride that I actually like how they look.
