07 Transmission TCM Interchange

The automatic transmission doesn't seem to shift to second or third, a fuse was blown and the power steering motor wouldn't run. Is there a "relay" or fuse that is inline to the shift solenoids inside transmission pan?

Welcome to the site.

Did you try looking in your owners manual ? If you don't have one, they are available on this site for viewing and/or download.

Here's a small part of the inside cabin fuse box list:

Fuses
22 Empty
23 Audio System
24 XM Radio™, OnStar™
25 Engine Control Module,Transmission Control Module
26 Door Locks
27 Interior Lights
28 Steering Wheel Control Illumination

Any chance there was a jumpstart recently? Like just before the power steering went out?

I'm not sure what is meant by " the power steering motor wouldn't run". It is not a pump.

But a jumpstart using the wrong contact points will cause the power steering fuse to blow.
