09 HHR Radio and Blinker Chime not working

I just had surgery so I am not able to work on the car. My wife was driving the car and she said the radio just stopped working along with the blinker chime. I had her check all the fuses and everything was okay. Not sure what the issue is.

my suggestion, tomorrow is an Open day for dealerships, if you have warranty time left, and time to do so, take it to the dealership.. Sounds like a quick fix trip to me.

So, took the hhr to the dealer and guess what they don't know whats wrong with it. They thought it was the stereo, they replaced it with a new one, and that one does not come on, I don't have a warranty on the car other than the 5 year powertrain. They want to keep the car and one tech said they will need to take the dash apart, what really? needless to say I p/u the hhr, with the stereo not working, any ideas?

When the wife checked the fuses, did she check them all? There's more than the one box under the hood, there's one behind the passenger side console kick panel (I believe, never had to check these myself, I'm going by what I've read) I'm not sure where the radio fuses are exactly but the second box under the dash makes sense...... Seems the dealer would have checked those..... unless they just want to sell you stuff.

Radio fuse is #23 on the interior BCM/fuse block.
