I have been using white towels to soak it up, no color to the liquid.

I also checked the coolant level, its a little low, however the coolant looks like its an orange color.

 

So we're back to donbrew's suggestion. The wire harness for the door, where it passes through the body, by the hinges.

Oldblue made a diverter, I'm sure he'll be dropping by soon.

 

Where is the source of that water? In other words, where do I aim the water hose to test it?

 

Let the water run down the A-pillar.

open the drivers door and you will see a flexible hose that goes from door to body of car.
The point where it connects to the body is the area in question on where water can enter.
That location is under the A pillar of the car.
Try doing your water testing there, if you can remove the kick panel inside the car on the drivers side, that will help you see water.
