2006 1LT A/C switch pressure
My A/C blow very cold air only in low pressure mode, once I’m driving and start going fast the cold air stop and just blow warm air – but if I continue just touching the gas pedal lightly it will comeback blowing cold air again (because I’m back to low pressure mode)
Per some posts from this site, I already changed my thermostat and my in cabin filer – I believe I need to replace the A/C switch pressure. My question is Where is this switch located at and how difficult would be to replace it if I try to do it my self?
Please any feedback will be very appreciated - you guys are the experts - Thanks

For one ur cabing filter and thermostat don't effect the AC. Your AC is on its own seperate system with its own refrigerant and own radiator, compressor, and evaporatorer. Also there isn't a pressure mode that you can select from. Your AC will run at the same pressure always no matter what.
So if its getting cold then warming up I would say you might have to get it serviced sounds like the refrigerant is getting to much pressure so the High Pressure Valve shuts off the compressor hince why you would get hot air. Then the pressure gets low again since its off and would kick it on again and then start the process again. If it was low on pressure like not enough coolant it wouldn't even come on at all.
So that is what I think is your problem. I would have it looked at because AC is really hard to miss with.
