I just got the battery tested at my local autozone, and all tests came back 100% good on my battery and alternator. They used the tester that hooks on like jumper cables.

Is there a simple way to check the grounding. I don't have much experience doing electrical work on my car.

Yes, eyeball the connection ( with safety glasses or googles in position!!)
Disconnect the ground at the battery to avoid sparks and power surges to the computers

A: wiggle connection
B: gently tighten ground lug nut

There are assorted sized ground connection fasteners, I suggest you start back near the battery

Now if there is any apparent corrosion you're gonna have to take the cable off and clean any junk out with a wire brush.

There is a ground under the hood just down and to the right of the oil filter housing
And one on the rad cradle on the engine side above the drivers headlight

Don has a great thread here
