Yes, eyeball the connection ( with safety glasses or googles in position!!)
Disconnect the ground at the battery to avoid sparks and power surges to the computers
A: wiggle connection
B: gently tighten ground lug nut
There are assorted sized ground connection fasteners, I suggest you start back near the battery
Now if there is any apparent corrosion you're gonna have to take the cable off and clean any junk out with a wire brush.
There is a ground under the hood just down and to the right of the oil filter housing
And one on the rad cradle on the engine side above the drivers headlight
