What gear is it in? Mine is usually in 4th by 40 MPH.
Why did you replace the coil? Any reason to believe that was the problem, like switching coils to see if the misfire followed?
Any other codes? Hard shifting? Compression and leakdown test?

Hi Zee,
to the forums!!
donbrew has asked some good questions. You've pretty much eliminated spark plugs and coil as causes. You're left with mechanical damage(hence the compression/leakdown suggestion), and fuel(pump, injector). What spark plugs did you install(manufacturer/part number)?
Did I just use the word hence?
