I am not really a mechanic. 📝 My daddy was a Certified Master Mechanic. I have been playing with tools since I was a toddler. I am learning as I go along.

I will definitely make someone a good wife one day. 😆

I put the new intake air hose on this evening. Now a coworker told me one of my rear back-up lights is out. I swear my list isn't getting shorter guys!

Well, five months later and I finally installed heat blend actuator. I didn't take every part of me dashboard out. But I did take out the air bag. Gave me a little bit more room to maneuver my hands.

I have put everything back together and it works fine. But now I have a service light on that says service airbag. It's always something. 🙄😤

You need to re install the airbag you took out the plug probably needs to be reseated.

I just woke up. Working nights is exhausting mentally and physically. So I just want to make sure I understand....

By reinstalling the airbag I am assuming you just mean to unplug the wiring and reconnect. I need to check the fuse to make sure it is good as well.

I have a couple of other questions but will start new threads to keep subject matters separate.

It looked like the locking mechanism is broke on the yellow connector., as they were no longer connected. I put them back together and taped with electrical tape to keep them snug.

The "Service Air Bag" light is out now.

Maybe not...I headed out the door to run an errand. "Service Air Bag" light came back on. I messed with the connector and it's back off again. I probably need a new connector.

The Passenger Air Bag light on the waterfall says OFF. It has always said OFF. But when I had started the car it flickered back and forth between OFF and ON. I don't see any switch to engage or disengage passenger air bag.
