My horn has been working intermittently for quite some time now. It would work for the first 10 minutes of driving or so, and then stop working. After the car sat for a few hours (while I was at work) it would usually work again, but only for about 10 minutes.

I took it to the dealership several times, but of course they would not look at it immediately, and the car would sit, and the horn would work when they tried.

Finally got the dealer to look at it when it was not working. I suggested possibly a bad fuse or relay. I figured it may be something heat related since the horn would always work for a little while during driving.

They came back and said the horn relay was bad, and replaced it. The horn worked all day (1 hour commute each way) until I got home, and now does not work again! I feel like I am chasing phantoms here. Anyone have any clue what this could be?

The horn was replaced at one point, but the problem was still there. All the connections were cleaned at another service appointment, but that did nothing. Only changing the relay worked...but only for a day?????
