Possibly injector/s leaking after engine off? Make it really rich or flooded first few seconds

Faulty injectors should set a code either P0171 or P0174

Filling with E85 cleared it up, suggesting it was the faulty stored ethanol % problem. Hope OP comes back for follow up.
