to the forums!

205 is not bad, however, if you continued driving it with the coolant warning light on, you may have damaged the engine. About 190 is normal, give or take a few degrees. How much coolant did you have to put in?

From your owner manual:

Where did the coolant go? Does it leak?

Any puddles under the car? Hopefully just a leak in the coolant reservoir.
If you haven’t changed the coolant in awhile, drain the radiator and refill with fresh Dexcool 50/50 mix!
Be sure to burp the system.
