Just drove it for a little over a hr at 60-65mph and ran fine slight miss going up a hill twice. Okay will check it out. Have you changed out your timing chain, is it something that anyone should do if never did it before?

replace if bad. Take the cover off if you can see any slack in the chain it is bad. Over 150,000 miles I would expect it, but not for sure.

More likely it is the exhaust VVT valve
